Bacon is shipped Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure best delivery. Shipments are within the U.S. only.
Shipping is $15 for each multiple of 3 rations.

Duroc
Maialino Duroc bacon, our most popular bacon, is a classic breakfast bacon that is also great with bean stews, Southern-style greens and Oregon Pinot Noir.

Maialino Red Wattle bacon is rich with a hearty pork flavor and shows more smoke. It's great paired with braised meats and full bodied red wines, such as Malbec.

Guinea Hog
Maialino Guinea Hog bacon is like no bacon you've ever had. Not for the persnickety eater, Guinea Hog bacon has a higher content of rich creamy fat ribboned with wispy striations of meat. We like to pair this bacon with roasted root vegetables and a Southern Cotes-du-Rhone.
