We chose to make our home in Portland chiefly because of its unparalleled access to farm-fresh ingredients and its pioneering dining scene. We love living in a city surrounded by organic farms, world-class vineyards, and cutting-edge restaurants.
To be certain, Mt. Hood and the Columbia Gorge have a strong draw, but where else can you find an urban center with farms a mere half hour drive away, restaurants with their own vegetable gardens, and the culinary diversity Portland boasts?
In our own way, we want to contribute to Portland’s burgeoning food culture. We take great care in selecting our ingredients, and believe that supporting local farmers and growers is of utmost importance. We hope you enjoy the fruits of our labors!
